A few days ago, I decided to start a daily drawing challenge for myself to help practice my drawing and coloring skills based around drawing a monster everyday.  These monsters will be based around a randomly chosen "attribute" from a list I compiled for myself.  I hope to use the majority of these monsters for a story in the near future.  Here's the list of attributes I will be pulling from each day:

Fire; Water; Earth; Wind; Electric; Botanic; Metal; Ice; Force; Psychic; Arcane; Spirit; Light; Dark

There are some other attributes I considered as well, but was unsure whether to use them or not based on if they might have been redundant or because I wanted to avoid using creature characteristics.  Here are those:

Crystal; Cosmic; Poison; Insect; Dragon

If you think any of these attributes would be nice to add to the list, feel free to let me know. (note: I can still make insect or dragon monsters without having them as an attribute on the list)

Sorry for the long wait, for those that follow my gallery, but I have started submitting more pieces to my DA, and I am planning on submitting more before the summer ends.  So keep your eyes peeled.

A little late, I know, but on Tuesday, December 21, I saw Tron: Legacy in 3D.  Despite what I've heard about it from many nay sayers, I thought that this movie was totally epic.  It even had Daft Punk do the soundtrack, which made it even better.  Just last night, I decided to search "tron" on DA to see what kind of artwork was put up for it, and I was amazed at the kinds of pieces that were put up.  From every piece I looked at I could tell that all these guys really liked the Tron films and had the inclination to produce very exquisite works of art.  I even favorited many of the works, which I am sure you will find if you look through my favorites gallery.
